Opening a bottle of our signature Orchard feels instantly celebratory, a feeling that grows with every sip. Fresh, fruit‑forward and lively, it pairs green, white and black teas with organic fruit juice and artisanal botanicals, revealing notes of jasmine, lemongrass, apple and ginger. The result is a refreshing acidity and a delicate, lingering finish, equally suited to a day on the boat, a long brunch with friends or an evening soirée.
A Pure Process
HOW ORCHARD IS MADE
Purité is made in Rhineland‑Palatinate, Germany, by a renowned, award‑winning sparkling house that has specialised in sparkling tea for almost ten years. Every bottle starts with the finest organic teas and fruit, with no added preservatives.

Step 1
Brewing the Tea
Our signature blend unites organic green and white teas from plantations in China with the finest Darjeeling from India. Botanicals add notes of jasmine, lemongrass, apple and ginger. The leaves are gently brewed to draw out their complex aromas, then strained and cooled to preserve their delicate character.

Step 2
Blending with Organic Fruit Juice
After filtration, the tea is blended with organic grape and lemon juice and pure water, giving natural sweetness, a refreshing acidity and a rounded body. No preservatives are added.

Step 3
Refining & Bottling
A special tannin fining process, developed specifically for sparkling tea, ensures clarity and a stable mousse. Gentle carbonation of up to 3.5 bar creates fine, lively bubbles. Each bottle is sealed with cork and wire hood, gently pasteurized to keep it fresh without preservatives, and finished with an Italian capsule.
