Shipping & Payment
Everything you need to know about delivery of your Purité Sparkling Tea and the ways you can pay.
Delivery area
We currently deliver within Germany and to Austria.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to German or foreign islands.
Shipping costs
All shipping costs include statutory VAT and are calculated by the total weight of your parcel.

These rates apply to Germany and Austria alike. The exact shipping cost is shown in your basket before you complete your order.
Delivery times
Purité Sparkling Tea is currently available as a pre-order from our first release. All pre-orders will be dispatched in November 2026.
Once dispatched, delivery within Germany usually takes 2 to 7 days and delivery to Austria 5 to 14 days. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we ship them together in one parcel unless agreed otherwise. The delivery time is then determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

All payments are processed securely by our payment provider
Payment details
Card and Apple Pay: your account is charged when your order is placed.
Klarna: payment is handled by Klarna according to the option you choose at checkout. Klarna’s terms apply.
Bank transfer: after placing your order you receive our bank details and a payment reference. Your order is reserved until your payment arrives.
Pay by Bank: you confirm the payment directly in your online banking and the amount is debited immediately.
