Accompanying you from cocktail hour through dinner until your evening winds down, our signature Vineyard brings a graceful sparkle to every moment, a sophisticated non‑alcoholic choice that feels perfectly at home in a flute or coupe. This dry, French‑style cuvée layers green, white and black teas over a refined non‑alcoholic wine base, creating a complex yet beautifully balanced profile with notes of jasmine, lemongrass, apple and ginger. Whether for a special occasion or a midweek dinner, it makes every moment feel memorable.

A Pure Process
HOW VINEYARD IS MADE
Purité is made in Rhineland‑Palatinate, Germany, by a renowned, award‑winning sparkling house that has specialised in sparkling tea for almost ten years. Every bottle starts with the finest organic teas and ingredients.

- 01
Step 1
Brewing the Tea
Our signature blend unites organic green and white teas from plantations in China with the finest Darjeeling from India. Botanicals add notes of jasmine, lemongrass, apple and ginger. The leaves are gently brewed to draw out their complex aromas, then strained and cooled to preserve their delicate character.
- 02
Step 2
Blending with the Wine Base
After filtration, the tea is blended with a premium non‑alcoholic white wine base, made from locally sourced organic white wines from the Rhineland‑Palatinate region. A touch of sugar rounds off its dry, wine‑like character.
- 03
Step 3
Refining & Bottling
A special tannin fining process, developed specifically for sparkling tea, ensures clarity and a stable mousse. Carbonation of up to 6 bar creates the fine, persistent perlage of a classic sparkling wine. Each bottle is then sealed with cork and wire hood and finished with an Italian capsule.
