Introducing Purité Rosé: hibiscus, raspberry and strawberry, arriving December 2026

November 2026 · 3 min read

Purité Rosé sparkling tea bottle with hibiscus petals

Purité is adding a third expression to its range. Rosé sparkling tea arrives in December 2026: pale pink in the glass, floral on the nose and dry on the palate. It is made the same way as Orchard and Vineyard, from fine organic teas, with a gentle pasteurisation and without preservatives.

A new colour in the range

Orchard and Vineyard set the tone for the house: crisp, dry and built for the table. Rosé extends that idea in a new direction. Hibiscus brings colour and a fine, floral acidity. Raspberry and strawberry add fruit and a rounder body. Together they make a rosé sparkling tea that is elegant rather than sweet, with a fresh finish and the same fine mousse that defines Orchard and Vineyard.

Made for the occasions that matter

Rosé belongs to the moments people remember: the aperitif before dinner, a long brunch, the first toast at a wedding. It brings the ceremony of a sparkling wine to the table while keeping everyone part of the evening, whoever is driving home. Serve it well chilled, between six and eight degrees, in a flute or a coupe. Once opened, it keeps its freshness in the fridge for up to three days.

Crafted in Rhineland-Palatinate

Like every Purité sparkling tea, Rosé is produced in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, by an award-winning sparkling house that has specialised in sparkling tea for almost a decade. The organic teas are brewed gently with hibiscus, then strained and cooled to preserve their aromas. A tannin fining developed specifically for sparkling tea gives the Rosé its clarity and a stable mousse. Each bottle is finished with a natural cork, a wire hood and an Italian capsule, and gently pasteurised for a clean, long-lasting profile.

Certified organic

Purité Rosé carries the organic certification DE-ÖKO-022 and is bottled in the classic 750 ml format. Full ingredients and nutritional information will be published on the product page at launch.
